With over 340 legal professionals, IceMiller advises clients on all aspects of complex business issues across more than 20 practice areas. Clients include emerging growth companies, Fortune 500 corporations, municipal entities and nonprofits. IceMiller attorneys work to cultivate close working relationships between clients and attorneys within the Firm.

With rapid growth and expansion across 8 offices across the U.S., partners, attorneys, and legal professionals at IceMiller needed a way to connect the right internal experts with clients and casework in their practice areas, regardless of their physical locations. “Before Structural, connectivity meant walking down the hall or using our desktop” said Kristine Bouaichi, Partner and Chair of the Trust and Estates Group. “We had limited, cumbersome access to information, and we weren’t considering the entire firm as potential teammates for each case.” Leaders at IceMiller turned to Structural to help uncover the existing talent within the Firm, and bring that talent to benefit their clients.

Now, finding expertise and connecting with colleagues is as simple as opening the Structural app, typing in a keyword, and getting access to hundreds of attorneys within the Firm. In 2017 alone, more than 300 IceMiller attorneys performed nearly 10,000 searches in Structural to find talent and connect with colleagues.
