St. Paul, MN. — (October 30, 2018) — Structural today announced the launch of People Match, which provides a modern solution to the problem organizations face aligning colleagues of similar skills with projects and opportunities. This is the first of several features built on data science that the company will add to its platform which powers internal people networks for organizations worldwide.
Structural People Match makes internal talent searches more dynamic and intuitive using data science. Structural now assesses employee profile data and calculates a similarity score for every person in an organization. This new capability builds on Structural’s robust ability to find and connect the right people at the right time based on skills, experience, and availability.

People Match produces a list of employees with similar skills and experiences that can be further reviewed to find the right person at the right time. Structural customers will begin to see similarity scores on their teammates’ profiles as we roll out the feature this fall.
